Social Autopilot offers the following subscription plans:
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
We provide a free trial so that you can evaluate Social Autopilot before committing to a paid plan. We strongly encourage you to test the features that matter to you during your trial period.
When you upgrade from a trial account to a paid subscription, no refunds will be offered. By upgrading, you confirm that you have tested the service to a satisfactory level during your trial and are happy to proceed with a paid plan.
This applies to all paid plans and to any subsequent renewals. You remain free to cancel at any time, in which case your access continues until the end of the billing period already paid for, with no partial or pro-rata refund.
You agree not to use Social Autopilot to:
You retain ownership of all content you upload to Social Autopilot. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to process, store, and publish that content on your behalf as part of the service.
AI-generated captions are provided as a tool to assist you. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is published.
Social Autopilot integrates with third-party platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective platform's terms of service.
We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs or platform policies that may affect the functionality of our service. We will endeavour to notify you of any significant changes.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we use Google data.
Social Autopilot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that published content will reach any particular audience.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TEQNOCO Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service.
Upon termination, your access to the service will cease and your data may be deleted in accordance with our data retention policies.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or via a notice in the application. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
