Question 1

What is Social Autopilot?

Accepted Answer

Social Autopilot is an AI-powered social media content management platform. You upload a photo or video once, our AI generates three platform-specific captions (for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn), and publishes them automatically or after your approval.

Question 2

How does the AI caption generation work?

Accepted Answer

Our AI analyzes the content of your image or video, then writes separate captions for each platform using your brand voice, content pillars, and hashtags. Instagram gets punchy copy with emojis and hashtags, Facebook gets a warm conversational tone, and LinkedIn gets professional value-led content.

Question 3

Which social media platforms do you support?

Accepted Answer

We support Instagram (business accounts), Facebook (business pages), and LinkedIn (personal and company pages). Each post gets a platform-specific caption optimized for that audience.

Question 4

Can I review posts before they are published?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every post goes into a Review dashboard where you can edit captions per platform, toggle which channels to publish to, approve or reject, or turn on auto-publish to skip review entirely.

Question 5

Is there a free trial?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can try Social Autopilot free without a credit card. Upload images, get AI-generated captions, and see the full workflow. Plans start at 29 EUR per month.

Question 6

Can I connect Google Drive to import media?

Accepted Answer

Yes. On the Growth and Agency plans, you can connect your Google Drive folder and bulk-import photos and videos. The AI automatically generates captions for every file.

Question 7

Do you support video uploads?

Accepted Answer

Yes, video upload is available on Growth and Agency plans. Upload MP4, MOV, or WEBM files up to 50 MB. The AI analyzes the video and generates platform-specific captions just like it does for images.

Question 8

How much time does Social Autopilot save?

Accepted Answer

Most users report saving 15 to 25 hours per month. Instead of spending 3 hours every Sunday writing and scheduling posts, you upload once and the AI handles captions, scheduling, and publishing across all three platforms.
